Amendment No. 3 was not offered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 90 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 90 was read the third time. Representative Brice placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall SB 90 pass the House?"
