Full Journal pdf1993-03-26 House Journal Page 0806 UNFINISHED BUSINESS Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following members be excused from a call of the House as noted: Representative Brice - from 10:15 a.m., April 8 to 7:58 p.m., April 12, 1993 Representative Ulmer - from 5:30 p.m., April 7 to 8:00 p.m., April 13, 1993 There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 90 The Speaker waived the following from the Resources Committee at the request of Representative Hudson, Vice Chair: SENATE BILL NO. 90 "An Act clarifying powers and duties of state officials in relation to a disaster emergency caused by a catastrophic oil discharge or the release of a hazardous substance." SB 90 was referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar. HB 213 Representative Larson, Co-chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be waived from the Finance Committee: HOUSE BILL NO. 213 "An Act prohibiting the commissioner of natural resources from classifying state land, water, or land and water so that mining, mineral entry and location, mineral prospecting, and mineral leasing are precluded or are designated an incompatible use without an act of the legislature if the area involved contains more than 640 acres except in certain situations; and providing for an effective date."
