Full Journal pdf1993-04-13 House Journal Page 1188 UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 222 The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 222 "An Act relating to landlords and tenants, to termination of tenancies and recovery of rental premises, to tenant responsibilities, to the civil remedies of forcible entry and detainer and nuisance abatement, and to the duties of peace officers to notify landlords of arrests involving certain illegal activity on rental premises." HB 222 is in the Judiciary Committee. SB 57 The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral on the following at the request of Representative Hudson, Chair: SENATE BILL NO. 57 "An Act relating to employment contributions and to extending the pilot project for the state training and employment program; and providing for an effective date." SB 57 was referred to the Finance Committee. RECONSIDERATION HB 254 Representative Mackie brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 254(JUD) am(ct rule fld) (page 1161). The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 254(JUD) am "An Act relating to open meetings of governmental bodies; and amending Rules 79 and 82 of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure."
