Page 3, line 2, after "handlers":                                              
                                                                               
Insert "The commissioner may not issue or renew a game farming                
license if the Department of Fish and Game has determined that                 
the location or facilities of the game farm for which the license is           
to be issued will adversely affect the migration of wild game                  
animals."                                                                      
                                                                               
Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Amendment No. 14 be adopted.
