HR 8                                                                         
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
following resolution by Representative Barnes be taken up as a Special         
Order at this time:                                                            
                                                                               
Relating to adjournment of the First Session of the Eighteenth                
Alaska State Legislature, and certifying to Governor Walter J.                 
Hickel the disagreement between the two houses respecting the                  
time of the legislature's adjournment.                                         
                                                                               
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
HR 8 was read the first time.                                                  
                                                                               
                                                                               
Upon a unanimous voice vote, HR 8 passed the House and was                     
referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
