There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Davies and Mulder: Page 2, line 31, after "Board;": Insert "and to U.S. Department of Education Secretary Richard Riley and U.S. Department of Defense Secretary William Perry;" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
