Representative Brown objected. The Speaker placed a call of the House. Representative Brown withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, HJR 27 was advanced to third reading. HJR 27 was read the third time. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall HJR 27 pass the House?" Representative B.Davis gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on HJR 27.
