UNFINISHED BUSINESS HCR 25 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3617) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25(L&C) Relating to a state materials exchange. and CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25(L&C) am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 25(L&C), thus adopting CSHCR 25(L&C) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.
