Representative Navarre was excused due to illness. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has reviewed the qualifications of the following and recommends the appointment be forwarded to a joint session for consideration: Stowell R. Johnstone as a member of the State Board of Education. The report was signed by Representatives Toohey and Bunde, Co- chairs, and Representatives G.Davis, Kott, B.Davis, Vezey, Olberg and Nicholia. The report stated the committee review does not reflect an intent by any of the members to vote for or against this individual during any further sessions for the purposes of confirmation. HCR 11 The State Affairs Committee has considered: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Designating the month of March as "Women's History Month."
