There being no objection, it was so ordered. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 11 as amended was adopted. Amendment No. 12 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 6, following line 15, add a new section to read: "Sec. 15. It is the intent of the Legislature that to the extent that other legislation may be passed that would result in increasing program receipts to AFDC and APA, that the 1.7 percent reduction in this act be reduced accordingly." Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 12 be adopted. Representative Hanley objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 12 be adopted?"
