Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 394 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. **The presence of Representative Davidson was noted. RECONSIDERATION SB 54 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration (page 2620) of the following be held until March 11, 1994: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) am H "An Act relating to violations of laws by juveniles, to the remedies for offenses and activities committed by juveniles and to juvenile records, and to incarceration of juveniles who have been charged, prosecuted, or convicted as adults; and providing for an effective date." Representative Brown objected and then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, HCS CSSB 54(FIN) am H will be available for reconsideration March 11, 1994.
