Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. SB 178 Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of HCS CSSB 178(FIN)(efd fld H)(ct rule fld H) (page 3637) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
