There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 277(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a potential conflict of interest.
