Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
today's calendar be held to February 22, 1993.  Representative Navarre         
objected.                                                                      
                                                                               
The House stood at ease for a Minority Caucus at 10:36 a.m.  The               
House was called back to order at 11:08 a.m.

withdraw the motion to hold the calendar over until February 22, 1993.
