There being no objection to the adoption of CSHB 69(FIN), it was so

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
CSHB 69(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and            
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Brown objected.
