Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 106(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 234 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 234 "An Act relating to endowments and donations of the University of Alaska and the University of Alaska endowment trust fund; and providing for an effective date."
