Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Williams: Under page 2, line 23: Delete "64,500,000" Insert "66,500,000" Under page 2, line 26: Delete "6,000,000" Insert "7,500,000" Representative Williams moved and asked unanimous consent that the amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Davies objected. Representative B.Davis moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. Representative Martin objected and withdrew the objection.
