Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 299(FIN) am, thus adopting CSHB 299(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 299(FIN) am?"
