1993-04-22 House Journal Page 1437 HB 253 Representative Phillips brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB 253 (page 1402). The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 253 "An Act amending the basis for determining refunds to local governments under the program of shared fisheries taxes; and providing for an effective date." Representative Navarre placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The Speaker placed a call of the House. Representative Martin placed a call of the House on the reconsiderations and calendar and lifted the call. The Speaker lifted the call. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 253 pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 253 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
