The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 236(RLS) am "An Act relating to notices for the sale of certain real property." Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 236(RLS) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1993-04-19 House Journal Page 1327 HB 236 Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 2, line 8, following "week": Insert "for at least 50 weeks" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Vezey objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 236(RLS) am pass the House?"
