There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 191 was read the third time. 1993-04-07 House Journal Page 1079 HB 191 Representative Williams moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Williams was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HB 191 pass the House?"
