The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 160(title am) "An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions based on a defect in an improvement to real property; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 160(title am) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HB 160 (title am)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 27 NAYS: 12 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Barnes, Bunde, Carney, G.Davis, Foster, Green, Hanley, Hudson, James, Kott, Larson, Mackie, MacLean, Martin, Menard, Moses, Mulder, Olberg, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Ulmer, Vezey, Williams Nays: Brown, Davidson, Davies, B.Davis, Finkelstein, Grussendorf, Hoffman, Navarre, Nicholia, Nordlund, Sitton, Willis Absent: Brice And so, HB 160(title am) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 160(title am) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
