A message dated June 25, 1993, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 97                                                             
"An Act clarifying the responsibilities of the Department of Health           
and Social Services and parents for children who are committed to              
the custody of the department and are placed by the department                 
with the parents; and providing for an effective date."
