IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 58(FIN) (same title) Representative Mackie objected. The question being: "Shall the House consider the Senate message on CSHB 58(FIN) am(efd fld) and SCS CSHB 58(FIN) at this time?" Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 58(FIN) am(efd fld), thus adopting SCS CSHB 58(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The Speaker invoked Section 102 of Mason's Manual. Representative Bunde moved the previous question. Representative Navarre objected. Representative Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. Representative Mackie objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, the motion was withdrawn. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 58(FIN) am(efd fld)?" Representative Navarre gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SCS CSHB 58(FIN) and the Speaker ruled the notice out of order. Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind its action in concurring in the Senate amendment to CSHB 58(FIN) am(efd fld). Representative Phillips objected. The Speaker placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House rescind its action in concurring in the Senate amendment to CSHB 58(FIN) am(efd fld)?"
