SB 210 SENATE BILL NO. 210 "An Act relating to disposals of state land within five miles of the right-of-way of the Dalton Highway to a licensed public utility or a licensed common carrier" was read the second time. Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2858. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) "An Act relating to disposals of state land within five miles of the right-of-way of the Dalton Highway to a licensed public utility or a licensed common carrier; relating to disposals of state land for nonresidential development in nodes of development along the Dalton Highway; and allowing state leases and materials sales for reconstruction and maintenance of state highways and construction or maintenance of airports" was adopted. 1994-02-23 Senate Journal Page 2940 SB 210 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senators Zharoff, Lincoln objected. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) be advanced to third reading?"
