Senator Rieger, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on SENATE BILL NO. 189 "An Act relating to community health                    
aide grants."  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.           
There being no further objections, it was so ordered.                          
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 189 was referred to the Finance Committee.
