Turpin; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page FIN RPT HCS(FIN) 6DP 2NR 1877 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 183(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 183(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 183(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 183(FIN) pass the House?" Ulmer changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Therriault changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Hoffman changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Brice changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Grussendorf changed from "Yea" to "Nay". B.Davis changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, HCS CSSB 183(FIN) passed the House. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following letter of intent by Representatives Phillips and Barnes be adopted: House Letter of Intent for HCS CSSB 183(FIN) "It is the intent of the Legislature that $1,000,000 of the Exxon Valdez environmental criminal fine interest money be included in the FY 95 budget for the acquisition of weir sites important for fisheries on the Kodiak Archepeligo." There being no objection, it was so ordered.
