There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 by Representatives Martin and MacLean: Page 2, lines 2 and 7: Delete "regional development organization" Insert "ARDOR" Representative Martin moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Brown objected. Representative Davies rose to a point of order stating debate was straying from the motion. The Speaker stated the point was well taken and allowed the members to proceed with caution. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Objections were heard, and the members were required to vote. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 142(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 142(FIN)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Brice, Brown, Bunde, Carney, Davidson, Davies, B.Davis, G.Davis, Finkelstein, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hanley, Hoffman, Hudson, Larson, Mackie, Moses, Mulder, Navarre, Nicholia, Nordlund, Olberg, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Sitton, Therriault, Toohey, Ulmer, Williams, Willis Nays: Barnes, James, Kott, MacLean, Martin, Menard, Sanders, Vezey Barnes changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, HCS CSSB 142(FIN) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 142(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
