Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Duncan called the Senate. The call was satisfied. A motion was pending to advance HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 to third reading. Senator Ellis objected. The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 be advanced to third reading?" The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 27 Advance from Second to Third Reading?
