Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(ITT)                                     
Relating to the North American Free Trade Agreement.                          
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
CSHJR 20(ITT) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey objected.                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSHJR 20(ITT) be referred to the State Affairs Committee.                      
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent to                      
withdraw the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.             
                                                                               
There being no further objection, CSHJR 20(ITT) was advanced to                
third reading.
