Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4362 HB 456 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4361) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 456 am "An Act making appropriations to satisfy the agreed-upon monetary terms of certain collective bargaining agreements for certain public employees; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 456(RLS) (same title) 1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4363 HB 456 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 456 am, thus adopting SCS HB 456(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 456 am?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
