A message dated May 10, 1993, was read stating the Senate has passed           
CSHB 124(FIN) with the following amendment:                                    
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN)                                  
"An Act establishing capital project matching grant programs for              
municipalities and unincorporated communities; and providing for               
an effective date."
