an effective date" which had been held on reconsideration (page                
4534) was before the Senate.                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be

be the year of Vancouver, was read the second time.                            
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 was before the                              
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 26 Declaring 1994 to be the year of Vancouver, pass the
