01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 47, relating to distribution of a forged digital                                 
03 likeness; relating to crime and criminal procedure; relating to distribution of a                                       
04 generated sexual depiction; relating to generated obscene child sexual abuse material;                                  
05 relating to teaching certificates; relating to licensing of school bus drivers; relating to                             
06 civil penalties for an organization that facilitates the generation of child sexual abuse                               
07 material; and relating to social media and minors.                                                                      
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 47, relating to                        
12 distribution of a forged digital likeness; relating to crime and criminal procedure; relating to                        
13 distribution of a generated sexual depiction; relating to generated obscene child sexual abuse                          
14 material; relating to teaching certificates; relating to licensing of school bus drivers; relating                      

01 to civil penalties for an organization that facilitates the generation of child sexual abuse                            
02 material; and relating to social media and minors.
