00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 36, relating to the placement of foster children in                              
03 psychiatric hospitals; relating to the care of children in state custody placed in                                      
04 residential facilities outside the state; and amending Rule 12.1(b), Alaska Child in Need                               
05 of Aid Rules of Procedure.                                                                                              
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 36, relating to                        
10 the placement of foster children in psychiatric hospitals; relating to the care of children in                          
11 state custody placed in residential facilities outside the state; and amending Rule 12.1(b),                            
12 Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure.
