00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 70, relating to emergency medical services for                                   
03 operational canines; relating to the powers, duties, and liability of emergency medical                                 
04 technicians and mobile intensive care paramedics; and relating to the practice of                                       
05 veterinary medicine.                                                                                                    
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 70, relating to                        
10 emergency medical services for operational canines; relating to the powers, duties, and                                 
11 liability of emergency medical technicians and mobile intensive care paramedics; and relating                           
12 to the practice of veterinary medicine.
