02 concerning House Bill No. 75, relating to national criminal history record checks for certain                           
03 employees of the Department of Revenue; relating to allowable absences for eligibility for a                            
04 permanent fund dividend; relating to the confidentiality of certain information provided on a                           
05 permanent fund dividend application; and relating to electronic notice of debt collection                               
06 executed on a permanent fund dividend.

08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
09      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 75, relating to                        
12 national criminal history record checks for certain employees of the Department of Revenue;                             
13 relating to allowable absences for eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; relating to the                           
14 confidentiality of certain information provided on a permanent fund dividend application; and                           
15 relating to electronic notice of debt collection executed on a permanent fund dividend.
