01 "An Act repealing the child care facility revolving loan fund; repealing the child care                                 
02 facility revolving loan fund foreclosure expense account; repealing the child care facility                             
03 revolving loan fund program; and providing for an effective date."                                                      
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. AS 44.33.240, 44.33.242, 44.33.245, 44.33.255, 44.33.260, 44.33.270,                                  
06 44.33.272, and 44.33.275 are repealed.                                                                                  
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2026.
