01 "An Act relating to inactive state accounts and funds; repealing the public access fund;                                
02 repealing the Alaska temporary assistance program emergency account; repealing the                                      
03 2001 Special Olympics World Winter Games reserve fund; and providing for an                                             
04 effective date."                                                                                                        
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. AS 38.05.874 and AS 47.27.075 are repealed.                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. Section 2, ch. 16, SLA 1998, is repealed.                                                                
08    * Sec 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2026.
