03    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                    
04            Sec. 35.40.410. Harold Esmailka Airport. The state-owned public use airport                                  
05       at Ruby is named the Harold Esmailka Airport.                                                                     
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
