01 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 02 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 03 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 86, relating to 04 the business of money transmission; relating to licenses for money transmission, licensure 05 requirements, and registration through a nationwide multistate licensing system; relating to 06 the use of virtual currency for money transmission; relating to authorized delegates of a 07 licensee; relating to acquisition of control of a license; relating to record retention and 08 reporting requirements; authorizing the Department of Commerce, Community, and 09 Economic Development to cooperate with other states in the regulation of money 10 transmission; relating to permissible investments; relating to violations and enforcement of 11 money transmission laws; relating to exemptions to money transmission licensure 12 requirements; relating to payroll processing services; relating to currency exchange licenses; 13 and amending Rules 79 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure.
