00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 185, relating to the business of insurance;                                     
03 relating to exceptions to prohibited rebates; relating to the powers of the director of the                             
04 division of insurance; and relating to prohibited practices in the advertisement of                                     
05 insurance.                                                                                                              
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 185, relating to                      
10 the business of insurance; relating to exceptions to prohibited rebates; relating to the powers                         
11 of the director of the division of insurance; and relating to prohibited practices in the                               
12 advertisement of insurance.
