01 "An Act relating to proof of financial responsibility for suspension for nonpayment of                                  
02 judgments."                                                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 28.20.330(b) is amended to read:                                                                   
05            (b)  The proof required by (a) of this section shall be maintained for one year                          
06       from the date the judgment is stayed or satisfied [DURING THE PERIOD THE                                      
07       PERSON HAS A LICENSE OR NONRESIDENT'S OPERATING PRIVILEGE].
