00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 56, exempting controlled substances prescribed                                   
03 or dispensed by a veterinarian to treat an animal from the requirements of the                                          
04 controlled substance prescription database.                                                                             
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 56, exempting                          
09 controlled substances prescribed or dispensed by a veterinarian to treat an animal from the                             
10 requirements of the controlled substance prescription database.
