01 Naming the Matt Glover Bike Path.

03    * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section                            
04 to read:                                                                                                                
05 LEGISLATIVE INTENT. It is the intent of the legislature that funding for a future                                       
06 project relating to the bike path to be built in Fairbanks between Airport Way and Badger                               
07 Road will include funding for the signage required under AS 35.40.405, enacted by sec. 2 of                             
08 this Act.                                                                                                               
09    * Sec. 2. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                       
10 Sec. 35.40.405. Matt Glover Bike Path. The bike path to be built in Fairbanks                                           
11 between Airport Way and Badger Road shall be named the Matt Glover Bike Path.                                           
12 The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities shall create and erect signage                                   
13       dedicating the bike path.
