02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. Section 1, ch. 12, SLA 1998, as amended by sec. 1, ch. 17, SLA 2003, and sec.                         
04 2, ch. 34, SLA 2013, is amended to read:                                                                                
05            Section 1. AS 44.33.431 is repealed June 30, 2034 [FEBRUARY 1, 2024].
