AS 08.03.010(c)(13) is amended to read: 08 (13) State Medical Board (AS 08.64.010) - June 30, 2031 [2023]; 09 * Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 10 read: 11 EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). Sections 1 and 2 of this Act are exempt from 12 the provision of AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more 13 than one board or commission.
