00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution No. 14, calling on the United States                                    
03 Congress and all federal agencies to adopt policies and engage in certain efforts to                                    
04 improve the competitiveness and resiliency of the state's seafood industry.                                             
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06 That under Rules 49(a) and 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                       
07 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                      
08 Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate                         
09 Joint Resolution No. 14, calling on the United States Congress and all federal agencies to                              
10 adopt policies and engage in certain efforts to improve the competitiveness and resiliency of                           
11 the state's seafood industry.
