04    * Section 1. AS 23.15.125 is repealed.                                                                               
05    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                            
06 read:                                                                                                                   
07       CONDITIONAL EFFECT. This Act takes effect only if the Thirty-Third Alaska State                                   
08 Legislature reappropriates the balance of the assistive technology loan guarantee fund for the                          
09 purpose of improving access to assistive technology.                                                                    
10    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
