01 "An Act extending the termination date of the State Medical Board; and providing for                                    
02 an effective date."                                                                                                     
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(13) is amended to read:                                                               
05                 (13)  State Medical Board (AS 08.64.010) - June 30, 2031 [2023];                                    
06    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
07 read:                                                                                                                   
08       RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2023, this Act is retroactive                              
09 to June 30, 2023.                                                                                                       
10    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect June 30, 2023.
